Q: Can I Cancel My Trip?Yes. Any cancellations of local journeys made before the time booked and before the vehicle’s dispatch will not incur any cancellation charges.

Q: What is Your Liability Policy?Airport Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel all services in the event of circumstances beyond our control. If you have made a payment, you will be given a refund. If the car breaks down during the journey, we will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.

Q: What about in the Event of Termination?If the journey is terminated partway through the hire, no refunds will be given. If the journey was not prepaid, full fare will be due to the driver and/or we will issue an invoice that is subject to GST.

Q: Can I Pay in the Car?Yes, even if you are booking online or through the app.

Q: Why Should I Use the App?Our app offers live taxi tracking, confirmation and arrival texts, transaction history, payment options and electronic receipts.

Q: Do You Have a Lost and Found?Yes. If you have lost an item in one of our taxis, please call us at 780-434-9359

Q: What Are Your Flat Rates?NO SURCHARGES. We offer flat rates as opposed to flexible metered rates anywhere to and from within the City of Edmonton as well as to and from the airport, without any surcharges, regardless of when you book or what's going on in the city. Use our web booker, download our app or give our dispatchers a call for all pertinent information. (Please note there is a $2 service fee within our app)
